How do I answer the questions?
Click the button that corresponds to the right answer for you. There are no right or wrong answers. On some sorts of devices (e.g. if you are using an iPhone or iPad), you will need to double tap on your desired response to select it. Please also remember to respond to every question. Most questions are marked as mandatory (*), so that you can get the most of out the website.
Why can’t I go backwards?
So that your answers in one section inform the way the next section is presented to you, you can’t go back within a module. If you click the back button on your internet browser, the following message will remind you.
You can click ‘Print this page’ if you would like to keep a copy of your answers on particular page. You can also choose to save tools to your tool box as you progress through the modules, and access your tool box any time you like (see more information on this below).
Why is there a yellow background in some sections?
The website is currently being evaluated. The yellow background is there to show you which parts of the website are only there for the purposes of the evaluation (and will eventually be removed when the evaluation is complete).
How can I go back and look at the tip sheets that were presented to me in Module 1?
In Module 1, you will see some practical tip sheets to get you started on addressing the things are worrying you. When you click on the links, the tips sheets will pop up in a separate window. When doing Module 1, we suggest that you then take 5-10 minutes to read them and think about how you may build some of these new strategies in to your life. They will also be saved in your toolbox so that you can refer to them later. All you have to do is click ‘My Toolbox’ at the top of any page to view your tip sheets, once you are logged on.
How can I save tools to my toolbox, so that I can refer to them at a later date?
At the end of each module, you will have the opportunity to select any of the new tools you’ve just tested and liked, and to save them to your tool box. As you now know, you can’t go back and re-do modules, so saving these tools to your tool box means that you can re-read the instructions at a later date. Once you are logged in, click ‘My Toolbox’ at the top of any page to view the tools you have chosen to save.
How do I ‘save and continue later’?
Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to save and exit a module before completing it, and come back to where you left off. To do this:
- Click on the yellow ‘Save and continue later’ button at the bottom of the page, and a blue box like the one below will appear with a unique link for you to return
- Send this link to your email address, so that it is easy to find the link at a later date. To do so, type your email address and click ‘Send email’
If you can’t see the email in your inbox, check your junk email or spam folders (it will be there somewhere!)
What should I do if I can’t remember my password?
When you register for ifarmwell, you will receive a welcome email which contains your login details, including your password.
If you are logged into the website and wish to change your password, click here or follow the ‘Change password’ link in your toolbox. You can set the password to anything you like.
If you cannot remember your password to log in and have lost your welcome email, follow the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the login screen. You will then receive an email link to reset your password. If you can’t see the email from the link, please check your junk email or spam folder or try the link again.
