This website and its contents are owned or licensed by the University of South Australia (we, us or our).

USE OF THIS WEBSITE

You may only use this website if you are at least 18 years of age. Our questionnaires and modules are not intended for persons under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, or allow, such persons to register as participants in our study.  If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from such a person, we may delete this information without further notice.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern the use of this website, and we may amend them from time to time.  Every time you use this website or submit content, materials or answers to our questionnaire, you are acknowledging to us that you:

(a) have read the Terms and Conditions as they stand at the time and agree to be bound by them; and

(b) are at least 18 years of age.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are illegal or unenforceable at law, they may be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we own or have rights to use all content appearing on this website (including trade marks, logos and copyright material).  You must not use any trade marks, logos, copyright material or other content on this website, except with our express written consent or as permitted under applicable Australian and international laws.

Unless stated otherwise, we grant to you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to use any files that we expressly state are available for download on this website, for the purposes of participating in our study and completing the questionnaire. You must not copy, communicate to the public, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise transfer any right in those files.

We cannot guarantee that any information obtained from this website is free from computer viruses, other faults or defects.  It is your responsibility to scan the information for computer viruses, and you assume the risk of any damage to your computer and associated equipment arising out of installation, downloading or use, of content or materials on this website.

Our website may contain links to other websites or advertisements of goods and services available from third parties.  We are not responsible for the content of those websites or advertisements, or any goods or services made available on them. In respect of your participation in the study, please note that:

(a) whilst personal information gained during the study will be published and used for research and academic purposes, you will not be identified in the publication; and

(b) subject to ethics approval, your anonymised raw data may be viewed by other third parties assisting us with the study.

When you register as a participant in our study, you will receive a login and password in order to access the questionnaire and modules. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password and will remain responsible for any activities that occur using your login or password. You will notify us if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password.

By supplying us with personal information through this website, you accept the inherent security risk of dealing online over the internet. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree not to hold us responsible for any unauthorised access to your personal information.

To improve your experience of this website, we may use cookies. A cookie is data that a website places on your computer, to identify you as a visitor to that website and to remember your preferences. Cookies do not contain information which personally identifies you.
